  • We have yet to finalise our 2025 Program, but here’s a look at what 2024 involved:

    10:30 AM | Morning Tea & Mission Partner Time
    11:15 AM | Workshops Session 1
    12:15 PM | Lunch & Mission Partner Time

    5:00 PM | Final Mission Partner Time

  • RO4Kids is for kids in Kindergarten to Year 6, and runs just like a mission conference would. There’s challenging talks, encouraging Bible times and opportunities to consider their place in God’s global mission.

    The RO4Kids Program is yet to be finalised, but rest assured that it will run through the day, except for a break during lunch (12:15 PM - 1:30 PM), where you will need to collect your children. You will need to sign your children in and out of each session.

    High schoolers are encouraged to participate in the main conference, and are eligible for the discounted Student Ticket (until sold out).

  • YES! ReachOut Creche is for 0-5 year olds, and is run by a team of dedicated and trained volunteers.

    The Creche program runs throughout the day, except for a break during lunch (12:15 PM - 1:30 PM), where you will need to collect your children. You will need to sign your children in and out of each session.

  • Volunteers are always needed to make ReachOut happen, so we would love you to help us.

    You will need to complete a Volunteer Application Form (opening 20th March) and be formally accepted. Once finalised, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions and a special discount code.

  • Food is provided for all who register two weeks or more before ReachOut begins.

    Catering includes Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea, and dietary requirements will be catered to based on the information you provide during your registration.

    Registrations will be open until the conference day, but everyone who registers within two weeks of the conference will not have catering included. This will be clearly indicated when you register.

  • Our 2025 prices are still being finalised, but in 2024 our Tickets were:

    Adult Ticket: $99
    Parent Ticket: $59 (until sold out)
    Student Ticket: $59 (until sold out)
    Child (3-12 yrs): $35
    Infant Ticket (0-2 yrs): Free
    Reps Briefing: $30

  • If you do not wish to be photographed for personal or security reasons, please tell us when you register.

    Upon arrival at the conference, you will receive a blue lanyard, which will make it easy for our photographers to know that you don’t want to be photographed.

  • Receive Full Refund | By 20 June 2025 (less booking fees)
    Receive 50% Refund | By 15 August 2025 (less booking fees)
    Receive No Refund | After 15 August 2025

  • Our Mission Partners are a core part of this conference, and we believe that they are what make ReachOut a truly unique experience!

    Mission Partners can be any Christian organisation, Mission Agency or Bible College that is focussed on helping people consider their part in God’s global mission.

    Our Mission Partners must also agree with the with the AEA Statement of Faith, as upheld by Missions Interlink.

  • Annually, ReachOut dedicates an area to Mission Partner Display Stands. Attendees are encouraged to engage with these various Mission Agencies, Christian organisations and Bible Colleges during break times, introducing them to the various opportunities available to serve in God’s global mission.

  • Our Reps Briefing is a time for Mission Partners to gather before ReachOut begins, meet with our speaker, be briefed on what to expect at ReachOut and share in a time of prayer and fellowship.

    We strongly recommend that all of our Mission Partners be in attendance for this event.

    Typically, the Reps Briefing Program looks like:

      5:35pm  Meet the Speaker
      5:50pm  Prayer
      6:00pm  Dinner   
      6:30pm  ReachOut Briefing 
      7:00pm  Set-up Mission Partner Display Stands
      8:00pm  Finish  

  • Traditionally, each year at ReachOut Missions Conference has seen an offering taken for a specific mission focused Project.

    In 2023, over $4400 was collected for The Red Sea - Counselling and Member Care Centre in Cairns, Australia. Through the generosity of our ReachOut attendees, we hope to see many more Mission Partners blessed and encouraged in their work through this annual offering.

    Only current Mission Partners are invited to submit a Project Proposal.

  • This annual scholarship has been established to support current Bible College Students who have been challenged through the ReachOut Missions Conference. The scholarship aids recipients in their training and preparation for the mission field.
