  • Workshops are your chance to dive deeper into topics you’re interested in. Choose 2 options from our AM and PM Sessions, and hear from those who have served on the field, mentored missionaries, and have developed thoughtful missiological insights for you and your church.

Here are your options for 2026.

    AM SESSION |

Workshop 1 (Keynote Speaker) | 7 Things You Can Do To Grow Your Missions Vision and Capacity in Your Church
How can your church move missions from the passion of a few to the calling of the whole congregation? Drawing on lessons from the vibrant missions movement in Singapore, we will explore practical ways pastors and church mission leaders can inspire their members to participate in the Great Commission - whether reaching the lost locally, or sending workers to the least-reached peoples of the world.

Workshop 2 (Panel) | What Can I Be Doing Now? 12 Action Steps
Is the Lord stirring your heart to serve, support, or go into cross-cultural mission? Are you wondering what you can do now? Join this workshop to explore 12 practical steps that will inspire and guide you as you move forward in the Lord’s leading.

Workshop 3 | Insights Into World Religions
Around 4 billion people remain unreached by the gospel. Join this interactive workshop to explore the beliefs and worldviews that shape these communities. Through engaging discussion and learning, you’ll gain insight that will enrich your prayers for the nations and help equip you for effective cross-cultural ministry.

Workshop 4 (Panel) | Breaking Down Barriers To Mission
There are always barriers - some bigger than others. Am I enough? Do I have enough? What if my family doesn’t want me to go? How do we navigate these obstacles?

In this panel discussion, mission workers will share their insights and experiences of overcoming barriers to mission. Topics will include disability in mission, age barriers (“Am I too old?”), financial pressures, and family opposition. Bring your questions, your doubts, and the barriers you’re praying through as we explore how God can make a way.

Workshop 5 (Panel) | Joy in Trials
“For the joy set before Him, He endured the cross” (Hebrews 12). Cross-cultural mission often brings many challenges and trials. Yet the Lord is the source and author of true joy, even in the midst of difficulty, as He accomplishes His purposes.

This panel will share honest stories of serving in tough places - experiences of hardship, perseverance, and the deep joy that only the Lord can give. Mission may sound daunting, but come and discover how it can also be a profound joy.

    PM SESSION |

Workshop 1 (Panel) | Reaching The Unreached In Unlikely Ways
Be inspired by the surprising doors God has opened through the experiences of this panel of mission workers. They will share stories of reaching closed locations, subcultures, and people groups in unexpected ways - through initiatives such as writing children’s books, creating business opportunities, and other creative approaches. As traditional pathways become more limited, the need for innovative and unlikely methods continues to grow. Could the Lord use your gifts, skills, and ideas to reach new spaces and new people?

Workshop 2 | Mental Health & Mission: Faithful Presence in Fragile Places
Cross-cultural mission is a profound joy - and a profound strain. How do we serve faithfully when anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, or neurodiversity are part of our own story - or the story of those we serve alongside? This workshop offers honest reflection, theological grounding, and practical wisdom for resilient, sustainable cross-cultural service. Come explore how weakness, limits, and vulnerability can become places of deep dependence on Christ, and unexpected fruitfulness in mission.

Workshops 3, 4 and 5 as detailed above (repeated).

  • RO4Kids is for kids in Kindergarten to Year 5, and runs just like a mission conference would. There’s challenging talks, encouraging Bible times and opportunities to consider their place in God’s global mission.

This is optional, and more information will be sent in the coming months as the RO Youth Program is finalised.

  • Traditionally, each year at ReachOut Missions Conference has seen an offering taken for a specific mission focused Project.

In 2025, over $10,000 was raised through the generosity of our ReachOut Attendees, which supported Global Recordings Network in sending 280 Evangelism Kits in the DRC. We hope to see many more Mission Partners blessed and encouraged in their work through this annual offering.

Applications are now open and available to our 2026 Mission Partners, and will close 19 July 2026.

  • ReachOut Corporate Sponsorship is available to Christian businesses and organisations that are not deemed ‘Mission Partners.’

These are Christian businesses and organisations that are not necessarily ‘missions-focussed’ but whose values align with ours in seeing people inspired, connected and involved in God’s global mission. For example, in 2025, EA Insurance joined as Corporate Sponsors.

Applications are now open! Read what is included and involved here.
